ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- On June 18th, Mrs. Wentzville, Heather Kemper-Hussey became Mrs. Missouri. Now she will represent the Show-Me-State at the Mrs. America Pageant later this month in Las Vegas.

Kemper-Hussey as well as Carissa Figgins, Founder and Executive Director of The Sparrow’s Nest Maternity Home, joined us on FOX 2 News in the Morning with more!

One of Mrs. Missouri’s missions is to bring awareness to teen pregnancy. That’s why she supports The Sparrow’s Nest, which is a shelter for young homeless and pregnant girls. There is a big golf tournament on Friday, August 26th to raise money for the organization.
