The Sparrow Gala returns for its fourth year! This year’s theme is “Run for the Roses” so wear your Derby best, or cocktail attire if you prefer, and enjoy Kentucky Derby themed games, desserts, and more. This year’s event will also include the Good Egg awards recognizing volunteers that make the Nest what it is. State Representative Anne Zerr returns to emcee the event.
The Gala is the largest single fundraiser for the Sparrow’s Nest. Last year, over $50,000 was raised the night of the event and we aim to beat that number this year. Make sure to bring your phone and list of contacts as we will once again be blitzing social media the first hour of the event to show our support and to raise awareness for the Nest.
The 2016 Sparrow Gala will be held Saturday October 15th at the O’Fallon City Hall. Tickets are free but must be reserved by October 5th at http://www.thesparrowsneststl.org/gala.
